Cold Room Panels, also called PU panel or PU sandwich panel or PUF Panel, in which polyurethane foam are sandwiched between the two outer covers. The CFC-free insulated cold room panels are commonly used as the cold storage panels due to its advantageous mechanical, chemical, biological and moisture properties, it is excellent to prevent thermal conductivity, restrain growth of fungi, keep out moisture ingress. Cold Room Panels Production Mould Equipment

Our panels are 960mm standard width , in a range of thicknesses with 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 200mm and up to 12 meters in length. CAM-LOCK system and support frame are embedded inside. Two layers sheets are available with galvanized steel , embossed aluminum, stainless steel or other material sheets.

Our new PU Pane automatic production line can produce environmental friendly CFC-Free PU Panel, The foam temperature and foaming time can be set to guarantee the panel is uniform density, so that the insulation effect is better.
