Cold Room Panels, also called PU panel or PU sandwich panel or PUF Panel, in which polyurethane foam are sandwiched between the two outer covers. The CFC-free insulated cold room panels are commonly used as the cold storage panels due to its advantageous mechanical, chemical, biological and moisture properties, it is excellent to prevent thermal conductivity, restrain growth of fungi, keep out moisture ingress. Cold room panels mainly includes polyurethane foam and the outer skins. Polyurethane foam is been sandwiched between the two outer skins and hence is known as PU sandwich panels. We are engaged in manufacturing reliable PU sandwich cold room panels in variegated specification.

Cold Room Panels Production Mould Equipment

Our panels are 960mm standard width , in a range of thicknesses with 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 200mm and up to 12 meters in length. CAM-LOCK system and support frame are embedded inside. Two layers sheets are available with galvanized steel , embossed aluminum, stainless steel or other material sheets.

The CFC-free insulated PU panel is commonly used as the cold storage panels due to its advantageous mechanical, chemical, biological and moisture properties, it is excellent to prevent thermal conductivity, restrain growth of fungi, keep out moisture ingress. We are engaged in manufacturing reliable PU sandwich panels in variegated specifications.

Bangladesh is a country close to sea, it is rich of marine resource such as seafood. One of our customer from Bangladesh who own a large seafood factory. He need a lot of cold rooms to freeze and preserve seafood. All of us know seafood is easily corrosive, so the cold room panel is important to keep good food  quality. Our customer ever bought cold room panels from one Chinese supplier, although they promised the quality of cold room panel, but still rusty soon.

We suggested customer to use BAO GANG and stainless steel sheet as the surface of cold room panel, rather than normal galvanized steel panel according the application environment. The customer ordered three 40ft containers cold room panel to us. We produce PU panels as our promised quality and delivery in time. After customer received goods, he said it is good. Now three years pass, customer did not give any bad feedback about the quality of panel. Following is the drawing of his seafood warehouse.

Generally, the surface material of cold room panel is galvanized steel, we mainly use 0.43 or 0.5mm thickness, most of other suppliers use 0.3mm thickness steel, so of course our cold room panel has better quality and has more long service life. If the cold room close to sea or preserve corrosive product, we mainly use BAO GANG sheet or 0.6/0.8mm thickness stainless steel sheet.
