Cold room panel (also called PU sandwich panel, PUR Panel or PUF Panel, PU Panel) is the important component of cold room in which polyurethane foam is been sandwiched between the two outer covers. The CFC-free insulated PU panel is commonly used as the cold storage panels due to its advantageous mechanical, chemical, biological and moisture properties, it is excellent to prevent thermal conductivity, restrain growth of fungi, keep out moisture ingress. Bangladesh is a country close to sea, it is rich of marine resource such as seafood. One of our customer from Bangladesh who own a large seafood factory. He need a lot of cold rooms to freeze and preserve seafood. All of us know seafood is easily corrosive, so the cold room panel is important to keep good food  quality. Our customer ever bought cold room panels from one Chinese supplier, although they promised the quality of cold room panel, but still rusty soon.

We suggested customer to use BAO GANG and stainless steel sheet as the surface of cold room panel, rather than normal galvanized steel panel according the application environment. The customer ordered three 40ft containers cold room panel to us. We produce PU panels as our promised quality and delivery in time. After customer received goods, he said it is good.
